1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Requester.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Account Registration
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Requester.pro only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. You may not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data without authorization.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Requester.pro is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
