We collect your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in. We also store the request data, templates, and space configurations you create within the platform.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Requester.pro service. We use your email to send transactional notifications (request assignments, status changes). We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS infrastructure in secure, encrypted environments. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and AWS SES for email delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
5. Your Rights (LGPD/GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of all data we hold about you. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our support space.
